S&S LIFE SCAN CORP provides mobile diagnostic ultrasound services across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our services include, but are not limited to: renal duplex ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound, pelvic ultrasound, carotid ultrasound, echocardiogram, thyroid ultrasound, and arterial ABI studies.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

3.1 Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through your healthcare provider. You must provide accurate and complete information when scheduling.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
